Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We store payment status and provider references, never full card numbers.
How we use your data
Your data is used to process bookings, send trip and payment notifications, prevent fraud, and improve the reliability of the platform for passengers and operators.
Data sharing
We share only the information operators need to fulfil a booking (name, seat, contact) and never sell personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@jekago.com.
Luggage
Excess luggage attracts additional payment subject to the operator’s luggage billing method.
